The cafe of many coustmes.. a new one everyday and you get to choice it if you want! (Open)

Berry runs around the cafe filling orders and greeting people.. whent hings finally slow down she takes a deep breath and giggles. everyone looked happy. "its great seeing people so happy but it would be cool to have a helping hand or something.." she giggles more and sits down waiting for someone to walk in so she could wait on them.

Shizumi walked down the street of town, her ears tucked under her hair and her tail tucked away. She had just got back from dropping her backpack off at home so that she wouldn't have to carry it. She still wore her school uniform, and she was making her way around town, hoping to probably find a store or shop that might need a helping hand. She still had enough money to afford the apartment and pay the bills and rent, but she was worried she might run out soon, so she was hoping to find a part time job to come to after school. As she walked, she came across the Cafe that she liked to stop by in the morning on her way to school for coffee or little pastries for breakfast.
She walked inside, looking at the people inside, sipping their drinks or enjoying their treats and pastries. It had a little more people than usual and Shizumi couldn't help but give a small smile. She liked being in this Cafe...it had a comforting presence, even with people inside. Thinking to herself for a minute, she walked to the counter, looking at the menu, thinking about buying a small blueberry muffin to eat before she continued searching for a job. Then she paused, a thought coming to mind. She liked this Cafe...maybe they needed extra help? She turned from the counter, looking around the Cafe for someone who worked here. Her eyes soon fell on a blonde girl...with cat ears like her! Shizumi smiled, feeling more confident at speaking to her. She walked over to her and nodded her head in greeting, a small friendly smile on her face.
Hi there. Um, I was wondering...you have a lot of people who come here everyday, and that can be a lot of work for just a few people...so I was wondering if maybe you would like some extra help? I could come after school. She said.

Berry looks at the girl and smiles happily. she hops up and giggles excitedly. "of coruse you can! but there will be one thing you have to do.." she smiles and grabs her hands "you have to be ok with wearing costumes!!" she laughs "we wear a new one everyday but since you come here everyday I guess you knew that.."

Shizumi smiled at the girl's bubbly and happy attitude. She thought for a second when she explained about the costumes. She had noticed that all the workers here wore costumes, but she had never gave it much thought. She gave a shy smile and nodded. That's fine with me. She said with a laugh.
She moved her hair back from her cat ears so that they weren't hidden anymore and she let her tail come out as well. I can see we're in the same species. She said with another smile. But could you maybe help me out a little with ideas? Just until I get the hang of it. This is kind of new to me. She said, a small pink blush on her cheeks.

Berry smiles happily, "here wear this!" she puts a sliver bell around her neck on a string. she giggles lightly "all the nekos in this cafe wear bells. mines gold on a ribbon cuz this one is mine! and amthe manger.." she laughs lightly. "here i made up a costume list for new people if they werent sure what to do.. after you get the hang of it we can wear what ever you want it keeps the cafe active cuz no one knows what each persons going to do!"

Shizumi smiled as she put a silver bell around her neck and she nodded. That sounds fun. She giggled. She wondered if she could maybe put a blue or silver ribbon on her bell later on. She took the list that the girl handed to her and looked over the costume ideas, smiling in delight. You're really creative! She complimented, eyes gleaming with happiness as she looked back at the girl. I'm Shizumi. What's your name? She asked.

Berry smiles happily and blushes lightly when shizumi says shes creative. "my names berry. I like you. your cool i think you'll move up to a ribbion in no time.. as long as you dont change the color of your bell your good." she giggles happily. "so do you want to start now?" she smiles at her then puts a apron on her. "your costume can be a school girl!"

Shizumi smiled, blushing pink slightly when Berry complimented her. "Thanks, Berry. You're pretty cool too." She replied, eyes shining. She listened as Berry told her how she might move up in ribbons and Shizumi felt a hint of excitement begining to fill her. She was glad that she had asked to work here...the enviroment was so care free...and she felt more social here. Normally she was quiet until she had known the person for a little bit, but here, she felt like she could have a conversation easily. "Sure, I'll start now. Is there anything you need me to do?" She asked with a small smile. She paused, then looked back at Berry. "Oh, and I've been meaning to ask you. I don't have any homework now, but when I do, can I bring it here if that's alright with you?" She asked.

berry smiles happily "sure you can!! we'll even help you with it if you need it?" she laughs lightly "well you could weclome people in and sit them at a table. you ould talk to them alittle then greet the next person." berry looks around and sees a customer waving at her. "ok well someone needs me. good luck!" she smiles and runs over to the customer. she then remebers something and runs back to Shizumi "also the customers find it exciting if you use other languages so if you now any show it to them!" she giggles then runs back over to the customer.

Shizumi nodded at Berry with a smile. "Okay, thanks!" She said, watching as she ran off to go help a customer. Shizumi looked to the entrance and saw a little girl walking in with her mother. Shizumi felt a little nervous, but she pushed it away and walked over to the waiting customers. She smiled and nodded her head in greeting. "Welcome! How are you today?" She asked. The mother smiled and was about to reply when her daughter said "Look, she has cat ears! And a tail!" She rushed to Shizumi, eyes wide with curiosity. Shizumi laughed and bent down to her height. "That's right! Would you like to pet them?" The girl nodded eagerly and gently stroked them. "Ooh! They're soft!" She giggled. Shizumi gave a small purr for her amusement and looked at her again. "Do you want to know how to say it in japanese?" She asked. The girl nodded again, smiling with excitement. "Its neko." Shizumi said. The girl blinked. "Neko. I like nekos! They're really cute!" She said joyfully. The mother laughed and looked at her daughter. "Tell her thank you." The girl smiled and hugged Shizumi. "Thank you!" Shizumi laughed and hugged her back, then began to lead them to a table. "Your welcome. You're a sweet little girl. And arigato means thank you in japanese too." Shizumi said. "Arigato, neko!" The girl giggled, waving. Shizumi waved back and walked to the counter to wait for more customers.

Berry watches shizumi as she waits on the customers she giggles lightly as she watches the little girl. she finshes waiting on the customer and smiles "arigato come again soon!" she smiles and walks them to the door then she runs over to shizumi. "that was great! Am so proud! your a natural!" she smiles and gives her a hug.

Shizumi laughed as Berry hugged her. She hugged her back, saying "Thanks, Berry! This is really fun!" She said, eyes shining with delight at her compliment. "I thought I would be nervous, but I'm actualy enjoying it a lot." She said, looking at Berry with a bright smile. The customers were really nice, and they enjoyed having them teach them words in different languages. There always seemed to be a happy atmosphere in the Cafe, and that made Shizumi want to be happy.

berry giggles lightly and smiles at the next customers it was two men that walk in. "my friend shizumi will take you to your seats.. arigato danna-samas." she giggles as the men blush lightly. she whispers to shizumi ''these are regulars just act cute or call them danna-sama and they'll tip you like crazy.

Shizumi smiled at Berry and looked up when the two men came in. She smiled in amusement when Berry explained what to do and she nodded, looking at her out of the corner of her eye. "Got it." She giggled softly and turned to the men, walking up to them. She gave a small bow to them and gave a bright smile. "Welcome, danna-samas. I hope you enjoy your visit." She said, making sure she gave a small pink blush to see how they reacted. One of them shifted, blushing as she spoke. "T-thanks...um, Miss Shizumi, right?" He asked. Shizumi giggled for his benefit and smiled. "You don't have to be so formal. Please just call me Shizumi. Or Shizu or Shi-chan if you want, danna-sama." She said. He chuckled nervously, blush deepening. The other cleared his throat and smiled. "Very well, Shizu-chan." He said. She smiled innocently and began to lead them to their table, handing them menus as well. "Thank you. I assume you're a new worker here, right?" One asked. Shizu nodded with a small blush, letting her tail swish a little bit as she spoke. "Yes. Its a pleasure to be able to serve such kind customers such as yourselves. Take as much time as you need." She said with another smile before walking away.

berry giggles as she watches shizumi. she smiles lightly, she greets another customer. she shows them to a table. she runs back over to shizumi "your doing great!" she laughs lightly. she stands up on a table "everyone we'll be closing in 30 minutes cuz we have to have a short meeting!" everyone nods and smiles. berry hops off the table. "when ever we have important things to say we stand up on a table." she laughs lightly. "after we close i tell whats going to happen tomorow.. since you've started i'll be telling everyone the theme for tomorow." she smiles at shizumi.

Shizumi smiled in delight, nodding her thanks to Berry with a bright smile. As she made her announcement and spoke to her, Shizumi nodded with a small smile and returned to the two men with their orders in hand. She placed them on the table and gave a small bow as they began to eat. When one of them opened their eyes wide, Shizumi frowned in mock dismay, pretending to be unhappy. "Do you not like it?" She asked, blinking sadly. "Gomen, danna-sama." She said. He shook his head, eyes still wide, blushing at her act. "Of course not! I'm just surprised by how good it tastes!" He reassured, reaching a hand up to gently stroke her ears kindly. Shizumi smiled brightly and lightly clapped her hands in delight, purring for his benefit when he petted her and complimented the food. "Oh, I'm so happy we did good! Thank you, danna-samas!" She said, smiling cutely. She gave a small giggle, making them blush again and then went back to the counter.

berry giggles lightly and waves to the two men. they smile at her and wave back. berry looks at shizumi "your really good!" she laughs and smiles excitedly. after 30 minutes everyone leaves the cafe. "ok tomorows theme is the sister theme..everyone choose the person you want to be a sister to.." she smiles and looks at shizumi "you'll be my sister! is that ok?"

"Come again soon!" She said to the men as they walked out and she smiled at Berry, blushing a little. "Thanks, Berry!" She giggled, tail swishing happily in delight. When the customers began to leave, she waved them out and thanked them for coming today. Her ears pricked as Berry announced the theme for tomorow and she smiled, excited about her decision. When Berry came over and told her that she would be her sister, Shizumi's eyes glittered with delight. "I would love to! Thanks, Berry" she laughed, giving her a hug. This job really did brighten her day, and she knew she would always look forward to it after school. "This really is a fun Cafe to work in." She said brightly.

berry giggles and smiles happily. "ok everyone thats it for today! everyone go home and get some sleep for tomorow!" she laughs and waves everyone goodbye. everyone leaves after they gather their things and say goodbye. berry smiles happily and walks over to shizumi "would you like me to walk you home?"

Shizumi smiled, waving to everyone as they said goodbye and walked out. She began to go over in her mind if she had brought anything here, but then remembered that she had dropped her backpack off at home before coming here. She was about to walk out when Berry asked if she wanted her to walk her home. Shizumi smiled and nodded her head. "Sure. Thanks." She said, walking outside into the cool afternoon. It was a little dark. Soon the deep azure sky would be a dark navy blue, and the few stars that glittered now would be joined by many others, and the moon would be even more visible. "Its a nice evening." Shizumi breathed, smiling at Berry.

Berry giggles happily when she hears shizumi wants to walk home together. she smiles and grabs her backpack purse and heads out the door. she turns around and locks the door. when she spins around to look at the sky she purrs lightly. it was so pretty. the bell on her necklace and tail ring when she stops spinning. she laughs lightly "i like to look at the sky when its like this.." she begins to walk then she stops and turns around "oh i dont know where you live so you might want to lead us where we go before we get lost." she laughs lightly

Shizumi laughed and pointed up the little hill. "Its just up there and then to the right." She said, begining to walk, then stopped and waiting for Berry to catch up. "Tomorow sounds like its going to be fun." She commented with a smile. She thought to herself for a little bit, wondering what she should wear to be Berry's sister. "Any ideas so far?" She asked. "I have a white skirt and I could wear a light blue tanktop. But what do you think?" She inquired. Berry had many good, creative ideas, so she was curious about what she had in mind.

berry smiles and giggles lightly. "that sounds like a good idea." she taps her chin thinking "hmm well if we're going to be sisters we should wear the same thing.. i think i should look at your clothes. cuz i have alot of different style clothes and alot of people dont have my outfits." she giggles lightly. "but your ideas really good, i like it we'd look really cute." she smiles "i let everyone us there imagenations at the cafe, that way theres no wrong or right outfits.. besides i think its more fun to be creative dont you?"

Shizumi smiled and nodded as Berry spoke and she gave a small laugh. "I think so too. It tells a lot about yourself even without speaking about something." She looked at Berry as they continued to walk, almost at the top of the hill. "Ill bring them tomorow and you can make any adjustments you need." She said with an excited smile. She thought to herself again for a moment, looking at the stars as night began to finally take its place. "You know, I didn't think I would enjoy this so much. Normally I keep to myself...unless my friends are around. That's when I'm more outgoing." She said with a smile. "In fact, the shizu in my name means quiet." She said.

berry giggles lightly and smiles happily. "really thats really cool!" she runs up to the top of the hill and jumps around happily. she laughs lightly and looks around "so which one is yours?"
